4 years of experience in Manual testing: - Using Agile testing methods and practices, including Scrum * - Expertise in functional testing, system testing, regression testing, integration testing and UAT (end-to-end testing) in diverse industries like Digital Analytics, Investment Banking &Financial Services * -Extensive experience in iPhone, iPad and Android device testing with tools like HP ALM, TFS, MTM, JIRA etc * - Facilitating requirement management by understanding the user stories and capturing the who what and why of a requirement concisely and accurately * -Working with Business Analysts and users to understand the use cases, creating test scope and test strategy * - Experience in leading a team of four testers through test activities * - Extensive experience in all phases of STLC, requirement analysis, test planning and estimation, maintaining test environment and test data, preparation, reviews and execution, defect coordination and management, status reporting and documentation * -Strong analytical skills and ability to work autonomously and in a team and create an efficient and healthy work environment through effective communication and people management skills
