Instituted portable training program where Safety Director travels to each department monthly to educate employees on OSHA-related issues and concerns. Hosts monthly Safety Committee meeting as chair, where representatives of various departments discuss employee issues relating to safety. Conducts audits and inspections of worksites, employee vehicles, and employees to ensure work is being performed at the safest possible level.
