Fast growth start-ups at all stages of growth (as employee number 9 which grew to 220 in 2 years (TOPS acquired by Sun Microsystems) 34 (eSHOP: the FIRST online shopping/e-commerce platform acquired by Microsoft Merchant Server) 105 growing to 1,200 in 2 years (E.piphany which went public) and 19 growing to 85 in 2 years (Andromedia acquired by Macromedia: now Adobe) among others. I have also been the marketing integration lead in the acquisition of 5 companies as well as have been acquired by 2 companies. I understand how to grow businesses in highly competitive markets and new product segments by creating a solid vision and driving plans forward to increase revenue profit and market growth. My focus currently is on strategic yet executable internal communications plans damage control and turn-arounds in order to increase employee engagement and credibility with customers as well as executives.
