Overall 39 years of working experience in the field of Civil Engineering, more specifically described as follows: Over 11 years of experience providing municipal engineering services for 10 municipalities in the Bucks and Montgomery County regions. Duties included but not limited to: * Complete land development plan / report reviews. * Preparation of review and recommendation reports to municipal officials. * Attendance of municipal public and work session meetings. * Complete on-site inspection services of all public improvement projects. * Consultant to municipal officials and municipal employees. * Supervision of miscellaneous work performed by municipal road departments. * Preparation of construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates and contract documents for variety of municipal, road department, and community development improvement projects. * Full building and zoning inspection services. * Direct interaction with the public for resolving community civil engineering concerns. * Other engineering related services as needed by municipalities. Over 26 years of experience in preparation of full land development proposal packages and miscellaneous structural design proposals. The full range of work includes but is not limited to: * Review of applicable governmental rules and regulations regarding proposed design work. * Complete design of grading, drainage, erosion and sedimentation control, post construction stormwater management, on-site septic system field testing and design. * Coordination with clients and government agencies regarding project review and approvals. * Attendance at agency meetings. * Preparation of documents for obtaining D.E.P. permits, including NPDES applications and submission requirements. * Other work associated with land development plan requirements for agency approvals. Over 27 years of experience in providing engineering consulting services. The work duties involve but are not limited to: * Providing full engineering technical support at several client's offices in the Bucks / Montgomery County areas as well as West Chester and Allentown areas. * Coordinate completion of required work with client's office staff and personnel. * Provide part-time and full-time support as needed at client's offices. * Manage a Self-Employed, Self-Proprietor Consulting Engineering business, providing the above referenced services. * Became Incorporated as GRANDE ENGINNERING AND CONSULTING LLC. In 2007. * Became certified as a Minority Business Enterprise in 2008. * Became registered as a U.S. Small Business administration, CCR in 2008. * Obtained a Business Privilege License in the City of Philadelphia in 2008.
