I have managed and designed manufacturing projects valued up to $5,000,000.00, and designed software capable of handling over 250 clients. I have spent most of my career working in my own engineering company, which has allowed me to view the software and controls industry from various different perspectives, as well as enabled me to understand the process from top management planning, budgeting, and metrics to consistent and efficient maintenance of equipment on the plant floor. Generally, my experience has been in team driven projects, and I have utilized that experience and skillset to facilitate communications between the various team members and stakeholders.
