I have spent the last year in sales and management in a number of unique ways. Immediately upon graduating from college I began raising capital for a new restaurant concept. I was successful in raising $140,000 from multiple investors in Dallas and Oklahoma City. I then began working as the general manager at another start-up restaurant. My main objective at this restaurant was to refocus the staff and bring sales back to levels the investors saw when the restaurant was first opened. I then moved into real estate. I spent the next year managing over 100 tenants at 5 commercial properties and 34 residential properties.
