QUALIFICATIONS: * Twenty two years of experience in the Commercial Banking industry specialized various areas such as Impaired Assets Management, End-to-End Management for CRE portfolios Middle Market Small Business and Credit Risk Management. * Sharp business acumen and strategic thinking to lead business, unite develop effective plans, optimum products / service mix, process development and direct contribution to negotiation processes, reaching better agreements. * Apply financial fundamentals to evaluate complex business structures and operations, credit history, transaction comparables, financial statements to determine risk while safeguarding performance, revenues growth and compliance. * Identify needs to provide tailored solutions, build consensus, promote synergy and reach mutually beneficial agreements. Excellent communicator at all levels provide constructive feedback and deliver convincing and engaging message. * Successfully achieved company's goals in terms of collections, portfolio management and recoveries. * High level proficiency in using MS Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel). * Excellent communication skills, written and oral. * Fully Bilingual (English, Spanish).
