Description
AREAS OF EXPERTISE * Proficient with SDLC and corporate methodologies primarily Waterfall and Agile. * Provide business production support and incidental management at a 1st and 2nd tier level. * Track common issues and implementing fixes or new tools to address causes. * Assist in the enhancement and integrations of existing applications evaluate and deploy new applications. * Conduct JAD sessions, GEMBAs and workshops to translate user and business requirements into solution design, functional and system specifications, diagrams and charts. * Perform in-depth process and system review, write test scripts, perform testing, validation and coordinate UAT. * Manage and drive system enhancement projects. * Perform regular user access and system auditing, configuration and validation. * Maintain and originate process documentation, work instructions and process templates. * Administer and maintain SharePoint site by creating document libraries, building workflows and business forms. * Conduct webinar and classroom training to end users for post-production deployments and process modifications. * Use of Tableau, SQL, Access, Excel and Business Objects to generate and maintain business reports and perform data analysis. * Functional understanding of health care claims processing and data sets such as ICD-9/10 and CPT/HCPCs, provider contracts and benefits.
