I have a burning desire to succeed, that cannot be appeased by working a job. I must be fulfilled by a career that provides a challenge and a purpose, among other things. I do not define success by building personal wealth. To me it means achieving goals as group, sharing achievements with others, and making a positive impact. I believe that open and honest communication can solve all problems and are drivers of success. I operate with a genuine sense of integrity, and I happier when I am able to devote myself entirely to a mission.
