Campus * Lead over 30 full time staff in Operations and a faculty and adjuncts of 80 full time and part-time in Academics. Counsel, Coach, Mentor, Manage, and Convey information in a diplomatic and persuasive manner. * Operate, and monitor the Start Budget and P&L Budgeting daily, update reports * Supervised five first line leaders that reported directly to me, DOE, DOA, Director of Career Services, Director of Financial Services, & Business Manager. * Managed Student body of over 850 students consistently with a start budget of over 125 students per term. * Skilled in applying fundamental concepts, practices, laws, regulations, and policies. * Started a new cash CDL program from start to full operation within 6 months, successfully * Moved the Campus to 106% over "Budget" YOY, the only Campus in the entire Company to achieve this milestone. Personally conducted all facets of the Graduation Ceremony / 2 Graduations per year. * Leading a staff of 10 plus employees with benefits counseling motivating scheduling submitting time sheets in a timely manner * Full P&L and Budgeting for 3 different campuses * Student enrollments of 400 plus students per term. Maintained in the Top 3 of 100 campuses. * Trained staff daily on the operational duties of the Campus * Establish professional relationships with businesses partners and other colleges * Contact assist potential students during initial interest through enrollment and graduation * Conduct research and analysis to obtain effective conclusions and recommendations and proper solutions. * Motivate and counsel students to achieve their educational goal daily.
