Promoted to Major in January of 2015 at Kansas City, Kansas Police Department and currently Asset Protection Division developing a security force for the Unified Government. This includes budgeting and capital improvement projects. Previously commanded the Community Support Division with 90 employees. Prior to this was a Captain for 10 years with assignments in Narcotics, CSI, CIB, Homicide, and Patrol. Also have served as a Detective for 10 years, highlighted assignments Homicide & Federal Fugitive Task Force position with secrete clearance. Prior to this served as a Patrolman 10 years, assignments included Traffic, Narcotics and Tactical. I began my career in 1982 as a Police Cadet and have proudly served my community for 35 + years.
