I am an accounting and Property Management professional with more than 10 years of experience. In my most recent roles with Pinnacle Living and Horizon Realty Services, I was responsible for the preparation of lease renewals, CAM/Tax reconciliations, oversight and leasing of units currently under construction, the preparation of budget and monthly reports. I am also experienced in commercial leases, and managed over twenty-five retail shopping centers and office buildings throughout the Chicagoland area. Lastly, I earned my Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting, and I am a licensed real estate broker.
