Qualifications: * More than ten years Engineering, Project Management and Business Development experience in the Oil and Gas industry * Detailed design and concept / feasibility studies through construction of onshore facilities, offshore facilities, gas gathering and compression facilities, natural gas and crude pipelines, and marine applications * Conducted, managed and coordinating interdisciplinary work including P&ID development, facilities commissioning, planning, and construction management * Understanding of overall engineering project evolution, specifically contract structure for FEED, detailed design and/or EPC project execution * Cost estimates and analysis, budget development, scope definition, bid package preparation, contract bid evaluation, project execution and construction coordination * Developed mechanical specifications, and performed/checked calculations per ASME codes, performed multiple studies including hydraulic and steady state * Performed hydraulic analysis using various computer software including PipePhase * Performed equipment evaluations and selections of mechanical equipment including chemical injections systems, air coolers, motor operated valves and rotating equipment including API and ANSI pumps * Extensive experience with CFR 192/195, DOT, FERC 7C, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.8, ASME B31.4, Sweet and Sweet and Sour Service / H2S, CO2, Cold Temperature Service to -50°F. * Worked on multiple DOT jurisdictional pipelines and PHMSA facilities * Worked on multiple oil and gas terminals both new Greenfield terminals and existing terminal expansion projects. * Completed refinery turn arounds in different areas of the facility so the refinery did not have to have a complete shutdown.
