Present Employment-Since 2001 Talk of the Town Restaurants: Charley's Steak & Seafood and Texas Cattle Company. - Position: Managing Partner (Charley's) and Operations Manager (Texas Cattle Company- 2 units). As would be expected I was in overall control of all aspects of the operations overseeing 14 managers and over 230 employees in Charley's as well as the management and personnel in both Texas Cattle Company units. I was active in hiring and training of all personnel in these operations and functioned as a hands on operator. During my tenure I was able to increase the sales at Charley's to in excess of $10 million annually and was instrumental in the turn around of the Texas Cattle Company units bringing them to a profitable position in under 6 months. 2001 - 1989 Darden Restaurants - Olive Garden General Manager-I was responsible for this units operations and growth and oversaw all aspects of the business model. From marketing to personnel hiring and training as well as vendor relations and bottom line controls. This unit grew to over $3 million per year under my management.
