I have been in the Tech. professional world coding since 1988. I worked my way up from developer to Project Leader (a Middle Management position). In 2010 I entered the world of Ruby on Rails Contracting. I am looking for a place to call home, that has opportunities for me, to in time regain a leadership role, directing and nurturing up and coming developers.
