Summary of qualifications: I am licensed CAM manager in the State of Florida (#34711) and a certified CMCA (#16465). I am also an accountant with extensive experience with various accounting software and tax preparation. I have considerable experience in management positions. I have been creating buildings or taking care of them my whole working career. I am quite fluent in computer software and have good organizational skills. I have worked on and with various BOD for the past 25 years. I hold a BA in Accounting and have excellent skill and expertise in developing, managing and reporting Association finances.
