SUMMARY * Profile: Male Married Key qualifications: * Extensive experience in multi projects management including Strategic planning, Operation plans, budgeting, procurement, and distribution of workload, progress monitoring and reporting. * Significant experience in Human resources management (Recruitment, HRIS, Payroll, Performance evaluation, and training) in Middle East and North Africa Region. * Significant experience in relief and development programs, mainly in Education and the health field (Health policy, health reforms) * Extensive experience in program design, launching, follow up and starting of operations in new countries and new areas. * Experience in developing and managing procurement and logistical procedures and policies * Extensive experience on government regulations and relations, networking with partners (International and local) and funding agencies requirements. * Comprehensive knowledge and working experience with USAID, NORAD, EU, and other donors * Very good knowledge in program sustainability and capacity building, public-private partnerships and project monitoring and evaluation (both quantitative and qualitative methods) Establish Member Of the leadership team responsible for establishing the organization Strategic plan and review and approve policies and procedures. Regional and country Objectives and Strategy for MENA Region.. Approve and follow up on countries HR policies Operation plans budgets fund raising and Programs. Negotiate with Government Authorities and different International and Local partners.
