ACCOMPLISHMENTS * Established and implemented improved control procedures in preparation for sale of company and anticipated IPO. * Established a project tracking system integrated with a payroll entry system that produced annual savings of $10M. * Redesigned and implemented new accounting procedures that more accurately produced event costing and reduced closing times from thirty-five to six working days. * Successfully lead an integration of nine disparate financial systems into a single company-wide informational system. * Designed and led an implementation of a document management system for financial information, which produced annualized savings of $4M. This project included introducing newly developed state-of-the-art equipment and software to the organization and integration with company financial systems. * Designed and implemented internal controls for a capital acquisition process that produced savings of $40M in its first year. * Implemented an automated billing system, which reduced company billing agents from ninety to twelve individuals and resulted in savings of over $3M annually.
