I grew up behind a Front Desk learning the Hospitality from my Father and he told me that every guest is the reason you have a job, make sure every check in is given the very best service possible. Only those Hotels have repeat stays and that is what is needed to make your property profitable.. I love to see the faces of our guests when they check out and tell me they had a wonderful stay and will tell their friends about us.
