Description
I am a committed, dedicated and trustworthy teacher who has been teaching/tutoring for many years. Of these years, I have taught in New York City for fourteen years. With a strong desire for success, I believe in the empowerment of every student to pursue academic excellence and to explore as they develop holistically. I have worked with one-on-one, small groups and full class-size over the years. I have experience in implementing various curricula as aligned to NY state standards. I have provided differentiated instructions through a variety of strategies and I have a good track record of closing achievement gap for students’ knowledge of New York State content area standards.
