CAREER HIGHLIGHTS * Manage mandatory ADP system upgrades at DAK Americas LLC. Implementation of eTime upgrade from 6.1 to 11, and ADP WorkforceNow from 2.0 to 2.1 then to 12. Lead team of 4 in migration and streamlining efforts with an 8 week deadline for each completion. Responsible for data integrity, training site administrators and end users. (2016) * Manage system upgrades in order to integrate to ADP WorkforceNow in a short timeframe at DAK Americas LLC. Implementation of eTime upgrade from 5.2 to 6.1, ADP payroll system upgrade from PCPW to PayeXpert, and ADP reporting system upgrade from Reportsmith to ADP Reporting simultaneously. Led a team of two in migration and streamlining efforts with a six week deadline for completion due to an acquisition. Responsible for data integrity, integrating newly acquired companies into program, and training site administrators and end users. (2010) * eTime and ADP Workforce Now Portal training for all site reps on system administration roles along with company-wide training. * Responsible for the payroll related portion of an acquisition at our Columbia site which included an addition of 380+ employees in a short time frame, and at our Pearl River site which included an addition of 140+ employees at DAK Americas LLC. * This included file structures, importing data, new hire orientations, training on time and attendance system. * Developed and implemented a formal bookkeeping process at The Wilmington School of Ballet. Integrated from a paper bookkeeping system to QuickBooks mid-year in order to streamline the process and make it more efficient and accurate.
