Seasoned, development and marketing professional with over twenty years of non-profit management experience including, but not limited to, overall administrative responsibility for all operational activities, such as public relations, public awareness campaigns, media relations, media coordination/buying, marketing, membership recruitment, event planning, fundraising, donor prospecting, donor relations/engagement, grant writing and volunteer coordination. During my twenty-three years with CCA Texas' recruitment program, approximately 10,000 to 15,000 new participants were generated annually, along with and a very impressive donor and media partner retention rate. Most donor and media partners' involvement in the program spanned fifteen to twenty years, with many involved since the program's inception in 1990. Total cash and in-kind donations negotiated and secured annually from these donors and media partners was over a $1,000,000. The last ten years, I have also been blessed to use my non-profit experience to help promote, secure auction items and raise funds for annual Catholic events, such as Steps for Students Catholic School Fundraiser, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish bazaars and galas, Knights of Columbus Bishop Flores gala, Catholic Daughters of American events, St. Helen Parish events and galas, Monsignor Braden gala, Catholic Charismatic Center/Companions of the Cross gala.
