I am an HR professional with executive leadership skills. I have a strong background in all the HR basics, but also a strong skill set in strategic planning, managerial leadership, and the ability to work cohesively across Business Units to achieve consensus and results. I strive to work with all aspects of the business to create rapport and synergy so that team building is a natural result of my work style. Throughout my many years in leadership roles I have learned excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening. As I have spent a large part of my working life abroad, I have a wide view and perspective that is valuable in today's global working arena. I am a problem solver by nature, yet I do not lose sight of the larger picture and end goal as results are the measure of success.
