This includes, but is not limited to, all areas of financial and operational management, and strategic and operational planning, M&A activies and capital/debt finaning on a public or private level.Forthe companies I have been associated with, either publicly or privately owned, I have help manage, either as an employee or as a consultant, their start-up, development stage, turn-around and crisis-management stages. Working as a team player with all internal managerial departments and/or external professionals, I have assisted, or spear-headed, multple M&A projects, financing activities and DP systems conversions or installation.The resuls of my activities have been the strenghting of the overall organization and the controlled growth and/or turn- around of same. In other cases, when necessary or mandated, I have also managed the most expedious and cost effective down-sizings, liquidation or divestitures of the entity or its subsidiaries.
