I use a variety of hand and power tools such as, screw and nut drivers, drills, multi meters, wire cutters and dikes. * Knowledge of lite Plumbing includes duties such as diagnoses of problems pertaining to and replacement of hose bibs, valves, unions and elbows, fixtures, toilets, flush valves, faucets and sight glasses on boilers. I also work from building plans, blueprints and sketches. * Knowledge of Painting includes, applying premixed paints or stains to masonry, gypsum / drywall board or wood surfaces using brushes and/or rollers. Painting of racks, picnic tables and sign posts and cleaning brushes and equipment as necessary. I utilize scrapers, sandpaper, and steel wool. * My Knowledge of Roofing includes patching and repairing roofs made of rubber and/or asphalt shingles. When patching and repairing roofs I use materials which retain the original appearance of any buildings or structures.
