Forty-four years of previous experience, which include various positions within the building trades, with responsibilities at a technical supervisory level, containing various degrees of difficulty. Experienced DOB registered Superintendent and construction project manager in all phases. Presently Licensed through the NYC Department of Buildings as a Superintendent of Construction with experience in mechanical equipment replacement/installation, egress studies, analyzing building structures and ground up construction up to 14 floors. Currently licensed as a General and Home Improvement contractor for the Department of Consumer Affairs for New York City and New Jersey. Previous knowledge and hands on experience in architectural drafting, estimation, building inspections, technical report writing, job scheduling, change orders and construction site management. Completely developed a program called "Operation Second Chance Outreach", a Community Base Organization (CBO), which provides basic knowledge of Building Maintenance skills, and Construction site safety (OSHA) with a target towards the youth 18 to 25 years of age. The educational scope includes conducting general core courses concerning building structures, mechanical systems, Blue print reading and technical report writing. We offer a curriculum, which explains the daily operation of construction management duties. This program prepares individuals to be employed in varies positions within the Building Maintenance and Construction trades. In addition, this program encourages individuals to continue furthering their education as they prepare to make themselves marketable.
