ACCOMPLISHMENTS Built a Science Inquiry Kit Summer 2017 * Developed and engineered a science inquiry kit to be used in a 5th grade classroom. * Directed and lead team in testing all in-design hardware and software systems for usability and performance of the tool. * Used Arduino microprocessor to control sensors, LCD display and SD output. * Installed 4 sensors to calculate air temperature, water temperature, soil moisture and air humidity. Programmed interface to record the data from sensors and show on LCD display. The data could then be transferred from an SD output. Remodeled Dig-Dug Game Spring 2017 * Used ARM7 to create a version of the game Dig-Dug in text format. * Designed and configured data acquisition consisting of 5000 lines of assembly code. * Programed and installed LED lights on the microprocessor to represent lives, a 7-segment display that represented levels, as well a status RGB light that changed in different scenarios. Designed a Flight Simulator Fall 2016 * Created a flight simulator from the ground up using C++. * Developed a program that allowed the simulator to take off, fly, roll, land and crash. * Used XML files to modify the size of the plane, fuel level, lift, drag, ect. * Installed a screen that displayed a skyline and ground that updated with the joystick. * Worked as leader of the team and ensured cooperation and collaboration of all members and achievement of the deadline. * Received an A- on the project in senior level engineering class.
