SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in complex mental health and social services programs: homelessness, substance use, child and family services, hospitalization, and dual diagnosed offenders with mental health, both face -to-face and telephone crisis management. * Experience in community engagement & outreach, recovery based supports, harm reduction methodology, and person-centered care * Managed psycho-educational groups, and trainings for clients/students. Conducts substance abuse classes. * Works with ER's, APD, the community, and behavioral health hospitals for admissions. * Experience with staff supervision.
