Mr. Main has provided a comprehensive range of advisory, valuation and expert witness services in these specialty areas. His experience includes portfolio valuation and analyses, operational analysis, damage claims, workouts, merger and acquisition due diligence, investment and SOWT analyses, partial interest valuations, highest and best use analysis, property tax valuation and advisory services, financial & market studies, purchase price allocation, and site selection studies. His experience also includes: lease analyses, business plan preparation and evaluation, examination of rent rolls and lease terms, cash flow modeling (Argus/DYNA/Excel), evaluation of cash flow projections and worksheets to model business processes and/or actual or hypothetical transactions, financial and operating benchmarking, due diligence investigations and distressed real estate strategy and repositioning studies. Mr. Main expertise includes the preparation and delivery of expert testimony for litigation involving bankruptcy, damages, valuation, economic analysis and the impact of detrimental conditions and events (e.g. economic, construction defect, contamination and regulatory).
