Twenty-seven (28) years' experience in Civil Engineering with 22 years in (CEI) construction with 12 years a CEI Project Administrator of Roadways and structures and with heavy emphasis on bridges. Responsibilities: Support in the construction coordination and management activities for the CEI Project including CPM schedule. Preparation of project status reports. Support in the project planning project budget and updates. Coordination management of the construction inspection activities with contractor utility agencies govt agencies designers and inspection staff. Coordination on Traffic Phasing Supervision w/ inspection staff on daily construction activities in field and provide punch list items and entries into field books on daily basis. Monitor/review/approve all materials testing entries in a timely manner and finalize all materials for acceptance w/ QA Follow the Construction and DOT Specs. Index & Manuals and procedures as a guideline to administering and managing projects Attend all pre-construction construction and project progress meetings Review with staff all invoices related to work materials and services issued contractor and verification of their proper cost coding and phasing and calculations of executed quantities and generation of pay requisitions on a timely monthly basis. Provide final walk-thru items and close-out all deficiencies. Interpret to contractor and client the Scope of Work Technical Specs. and RFP to satisfy contract requirements. Overview and assistance with submittals shop drawings as-builts NCRs etc. Coordinate work efforts and review work performed to provide client with a quality project. Review and advise the client on potential Supplemental Agreements Change Requests and RFI's. Coordinate and advise the DOR on design revisions Manage and coordinate installation of utilities or JPA's and issuance of project permits Familiar with environmental concerns by agencies and coordinate and inspect areas for possible contaminations as called out per contract or unforeseen Provide from inception to finalization inspections and reports of all landscaping items.
