SUMMARY: Twenty years of supervision and field duties in my combined career as an engineer enables my good use of intuition and experience to complement operations. Expressed my time with a worthy dependability by responding to management direction and being accountable for my own actions. Promote a good organization, commit to long hours of work necessary to reach goals in planning, directing and executing work to provide strengths in manufacturing and stimulate economic growth. Lead with persistence and overcome obstacles in a timely manner. Team player, great listener, and eager to learn new processes. Desire facing new challenges and work diligently to become an effective interpersonal communicator and follow through with progress. My eagerness to coordinate projects by appropriate communication skills leads me to appreciate the opportunity to utilize all my talents and skills. To further better myself, I am interested in working closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, process control, and project developments. My five year goal is to master the theories and concepts of new skills and to develop or improve processes related to the company's policies and procedures.
