Caribbean Restaurants (Burger King) / Subways Restaurants Supervise project employees including in-house external contractors and sub-contractors * Attend meetings and discuss project details with clients contractors asset owners and stakeholders. * Perform drafting according to specifications ensured compliance with all project QA procedures and requirements. * Inspect inventories and prepared orders for civil projects and refractory materials in line with budgeted figures averaging $500,000. * Work closely with process engineers for follow up and evaluation and presented reports on trial materials according to designated schedules. * Regular meetings with the client and client representatives to discuss project progress etc. Monitoring and coordinating other professional consultants (Architecture Interior Electrical and Structural). * Issue minutes of meetings and progress reports to project team. * Execution of all construction activities of Building along with Finishing Items Preparation of Estimates taking measurements Contractor's bill certification and familiarity with external / internal plumbing & sanitary systems water supply & sewage treatment Electrical etc. Preparing work schedules monitoring the progress supervision of works. Preparing daily/weekly progress reports.
