QUALIFICATIONS * Master's degree education in Employment Law, Constitutional Law, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Recruiting, and Pre-Employment Background Investigations. * 10+ years' experience working effectively in a high responsibility, high accountability, and high stress work environment that required constant multitasking and prioritizing of the workload. * 10+ years' experience of in-person public service contacts with the public requiring strong written and verbal communication skills including conflict mediation and de-escalation. * 10+ years' experience as a training coordinator and instructor in both physical skills training and classroom teaching environment. * Experience using HR metrics and data analysis. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR & Personnel functions of ADP, ACCESS/WACIC, LInX, Police/Fire Records Management System (RMS).
