QUALIFICATIONS Experienced business banking loan underwriter with 20+ years of experience and achievements in various credit markets. * Excellent credit analysis and communication skills: firm understanding of global cash flow analysis, firm understanding of UCA cash flow concepts, including both indirect and direct methods of cash flow analysis, projection analysis and balance sheet stress testing. * Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize. * Ability to develop working relationships with co-workers to achieve common goal of meeting customer borrowing/credit needs. Developed direct working relationship with internal Bankers through phone, email and direct in-person conversations to discuss existing and potential Borrowers. * Ability to recognize new/existing Borrower banking opportunities in order to strengthen overall relationship achieved while reviewing both business and personal financial statements through the underwriting process. * Thorough understanding of both business tax returns and personal tax returns, including all schedules and K1s.
