Responsible for monthly financial close consistently performed in timely and accurate manner. Manage team of eight Cashroom Tellers responsible for distributing collecting counting and depositing all funds from Concessions sales at Rio Tinto Stadium. Work closely with entire management team to reach strategic goals in sales inventory management and variable labor control. Strong relationship with building personnel and counterparts of the Real Salt Lake staff. Mentor to four Concessions Managers. Responsible for helping Director of Operations with annual budgeting and weekly forecasting processes. Work closely with five different Directors of Operations at Rio Tinto Stadium (over 9 years) to consistently reach our goals and perform at the highest level with measurable sales growth year over year. Travel to support other venues such as Indian Wells Tennis (twice) LA Auto Show Kentucky Derby University of Colorado Football and Oracle Arena-Golden State Warriors. Sales growth of 3-5% year over year combined with decreased costs resulting in strong PBITDAR. * Budgets developed in timely manner with aggressive but realistic and attainable goals. * Unified various departments with wide diversity through full inclusion resulting in strong and cohesive workforce.
