Outlook Client Mail Administrator * Installing, configuring and troubleshooting of Microsoft outlook 2003 & 2007, 2013 Outlook express and Lotus. * Provide first level mail support to the clients. * Trained new users regarding address book, creating groups, opening HR or other required rooms, use of instant messaging, to do list, block mail, creating stationary, mark / unmark documents as expire, out of office, Rules & alerts, add or edit flags, archive mails, add signature to out going mails, creating tables, how to attach a file, return receipt, spelling check, how to search mail for a particular sender or on the basis of subject, how to view unread mails, what the difference between to, cc & bcc, creating a calendar entry, scheduling a meeting, checking schedules, how to reply & forward mails etc. * Backup user mails. Set up workstations and laptops for new employees: configured system ensured Network Connectivity and installed and tested hardware and software. * Managed & troubleshoot the user rights & security on folders. * Providing 1st level troubleshoot to the DHCP & Symantec server. * Configure the outlook and lotus mail taking backup weekly basis of Outlook and lotus mails & important folders. * Update security patches and service pack of 2003 standard edition server and windows XP professional Windows Vista Windows 7 and Windows 8 OS. * Keep the track of the Symantec antivirus update and troubleshoot the virus problem to make sure the network is virus free. * Giving 1st level troubleshoot SAP GUI software on laptops and Desktops. Taking backup daily weekly & monthly basis. * Update security patches and service pack of server and client OS. * Guide and troubleshoot to the clients how to access outlook web mail. Install troubleshoot and upgrade Mahindra's software these are SAP GUI Microsoft office Communicator and VPN. * Maintains proper documentations like monthly server up & down time daily lease line report weekly ISDN test report Daily antivirus server report daily call report monthly vendor call report daily backup log report daily storage report etc Managed & monitor the Symantec kaspersky Antivirus and laptop's. * Daily maintains call report regarding call attend call resolved call pending through HPOV. * Update the assets web portal sites if any IT asset added with branch. Providing 1st level -Desktop laptop peripheral and Network Support. Perform Technical Equipment setup (new PCs laptops printers fax etc.) * Perform hardware/ software maintenance as needed.
