Description
Organizational change leader. Complete transformation of the Cobham Semiconductor Solutions (CSS) quality organization from a distributed silo structure to a combined world class organization with a vision for high reliability and organizational excellence culture. Responsible for overall quality assurance and operational excellence at three locations Colorado Springs CO Plainview NY and Gaisler AB. Approximately 75 employees are in the QA organization. The organization consists of the following teams * Customer Quality Engineering Team * Supplier Quality Team Site * IC Assembly and CCA (Circuit Card Assembly) Manufacturing Quality Team * Reliability Engineering Team (Mil-Perf-38535 and AS9100) Quality Team (Mil-Perf-38534 and AS9100)
