St. Helen's - Performed senior estimating duties for heavy civil projects, both domestic and international, served as member of bid closure team for domestic bids, and reviewed construction designs versus estimate details. Analyzed bids for disputes and claims. Sediment Retention Structure - Managed a quality control team evaluating the soil sections of a clay core dam/retention structure of a 7.5M cubic yard sediment retention structure on the Toutle river in a contract for the Army Corps of Engineers. Worked directly for Karl Poss the ENR Internationally Recognized Project Manager of the Year.
