Qualifications * 17+ years' work experience as field service engineer and managerial position. * Excellent rapport with customers building relationships, establishing communications and promoting company. * Team player following company's guidelines, assuming new responsibilities and executing all tasks assigned. * Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills. * Detail oriented and efficient in time management. * Aggressive "self-starter" with the ability to perform duties without oversight. * Strong work ethic and proven record of reliability and responsibility. * Bilingual - English/Spanish.
