QUALIFICATIONS October 2008 - January 2018: HEALTHFIRST, Senior Facility Manager: For the last 9 Years, I have been employed as a Facility/Operations Manager for the Florida area of healthfirst, New York. This job enabled me to become more in tune with the healthcare industry while I sharpened my skills in the facility operations field. While employed with healthfirst I was responsible for the space management of over 383,000 square feet of office space to include the work order tracking system, equipment and supplies inventory and tracking database, as well as the Archibus/AutoCAD space management database for the entire company of 4500 employees, this included the space management for over 2 dozen facility locations in three states. I was also the Project Manager for 6 building entire floor renovation projects while working at Healthfirst. These were entire floor demos and remodels to accommodate over 220 office cubes and offices per floor, this also includes a critical DATA center and a new whole building generator setup.
