Apr 2013 - Dec 2017 * Two weeks after being laid off in March 2013 my back went out * One month of back pain treatment by primary doctor as unsuccessful. Mid April through mid May 2013. * Referred to Texas Back Institute. One Month of pain medicine treatment unsuccessful. Mid May through mid June 2013 * MRI scan results in diagnosis of spinal stenosis with three slipped disks in lumbar spine. Third week of June 2013. * Treatment of steroid injection in spine recommended. I researched this treatment methodology and found unsafe contaminated steroid spinal injections caused six patient deaths and 250 fungus spinal infections in 2012. Although not guaranteed as a successful treatment regimen. * I underwent 28 sessions of chiropractic treatment from the last week of June 2013 through November 2013. Chiropractic was unsuccesful in fixing back pain issues.
