PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to Sr VP / CEO * Synthetic route scouting and feasibility study of new projects and proposals * Monitoring from development to delivery and reviews with respect to quality/time lines * Mentoring of teams on various activities such as PD optimization validation kilo lab pilot plant and tech transfer. Familiar with activities of API/inters/custom synthesis/CRO/CMO. * Budget preparation and presentation. Preparation/reviews of SOP's/RFP/periodical/tech-pack/know-how reports. * Prepared reviews of tentative schedules on development and deliveries * Periodical interactions with customers to meet their requirements. * Trouble shooting during various activities * Focus on continual improvements in process and other areas wherever possible. * Conduct periodical training programs to enhance the team skills on project criticality chemistry safety scale-up tech transfer etc activities. Cross functional coordination with BD/RA/Prod/QA/QC/SCM/Engineering departments Job work/CMO - visits/audits/monitoring * Strict guide lines of cGMP/ISO/FDA/customers and support to customer visits/audits. * Support to RA/QA team on technical queries received from DMF/regulatory/customers.
