ACCOMPLISHMENTS * Lead four area locations to top 1% in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) scores nationwide. * Currently managing the second lowest employee turnover rate area in Southwest Florida for 5 consecutive years. * Developed and executed innovative program resulting in a 60% increase in immunizations across South Tampa in 2017 * Honored recipient of the "Above and Beyond" award in 2014 and "Southwest Florida Market Pharmacist of the Year" in 2012. * Recognized as designated innovator in the Sam's Club Diabetes Retail Specialty Pharmacy Program in 2017. * Served as one of ten hand-picked Pharmacy Managers for a six-month national pilot Medication Therapy Management and MedSync Program in 2015 consisting of testing the OutcomesMTM platform and presented recommended modifications that enhanced the user experience and tested the MedSync program designed to increase patient adherence. * Increased prescription count achieving 100% within first two years as Pharmacy Manager, South Tampa. * Piloted a Patient Adherence Monitoring Program (Merck September 2017) and the Sam's Club Patient Adherence Program (MirixaPro, 2016) * Co-developed pharmacy audit procedures for Area Managers through collaboration with the Southeast Regional Manager establishing step-by-step inspection, evaluation, and remediation processes that improved operational and clinical performances of individual pharmacies. * Rolled out and drove Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Strategies across six-state Southeast Region comprised of 120 pharmacies and educated Area Managers and Market Managers on utilization and integration of MTM platforms into the daily workflow of pharmacists and technicians.
