These valuations were developed in markets with minimal secondary data sources and in markets challenged by persistent economic and demographic contractions. I also have prepared detailed rent studies supply and demand analyses lease abstracts reproduction cost new estimates discounted cash flow analysis with performance indicators and related underwriting tools and supportable sensitivity analysis scenarios. My skills include executing market research marketability and investment analyses together with the knowledge of how to acquire development permits for proposed multifamily projects.
