Worked with Worked in conjunction with Construction and Real Estate Department to build out a new clinic. Site has 20 exam rooms, treadmill room, 4 large MA stations, Laboratory, Call center and multiple offices. All exam rooms were equipped with Desktop computer, printer, monitor swing arm and 24-inch monitor. Site also had Cisco based VOIP phone system as well as Security monitoring systems. IT Infrastructure Budget: $750,000 Length of Project - 8 Months Remodel of Existing Mescal Clinic Construction company and Real Estate Department to expand existing site to twice its capacity. Site originally had 9 exam rooms small lab and multiple offices for the Doctors. In a multi-phase process we expanded the site to have 18 exam rooms a large call center multiple MA Stations and additional Physician offices. Site utilized wireless network so all staff were equipped with laptops and there were centralized printers. During the construction process we upgraded the network closet to new Cisco Network equipment new VOIP phone system as well as expanding the existing security system. Worked with $400,000 Length of Project - 9 Months Creation of Marina Heights Construction and Real Estate Department to build a new clinic at the Statefarm building next to Tempe Town Lakes. Site has a Primary Care clinic and a OCC health clinic. Primary Health has 8 exam rooms MA station multiple offices for Doctors and a large lab. OCC Health has 6 Exam rooms a treadmill room MA Station and Physician offices. Site utilizes a new Cisco based network and VOIP phone system. 581 NOAH Agave - 6206 W Bell Rd, Glendale, AZ 85308 Work with Construction and NOAH to remodel 3 existing sites to convert to NOAH clinics. Sites were existing Honor Health sites and needed to be upgraded to newer equipment. Each site contained multiple exam rooms, offices for Physicians, MA Stations. Much of the equipment for the build out was to be composed of reclaimed equipment from other builds and teardowns. Sites had to upgraded to Cisco networks and VOIP phones.
