Profile: I am a Quality, Food Safety, Health & Safety as well as Environmental Management Systems practitioner and Auditor. I have a background in General and Food Biochemistry and a good working knowledge of Food Microbiology and Sustainability Standards. I am an FSPCA Preventive Controls Qualified Individual for Human Food according to the Food Safety Modernisation Act of the FDA. I have several years' experience comprising training, auditing, implementation, project management, production, regulatory work, quality assurance, quality and safety auditing and technical responsibilities including Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, FSSC 22000-Q, IFS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 29001, ISO 27001, ISO 26001, BRC, RSPO, SQF, Halal, Ethical Production, Fair Trade, and a good understanding of The FDA Food Safety and Modernization Act, requirements of USDA, FSIS and a practical exposure to first party, second and third party audits as well as advisory services in enterprise/export competitiveness.
