Description
Summary My experience in logistics and operations management gets the job done right the first time through insightful leadership, accountability, and organization. I am detail oriented and have excellent customer engagement skills. I work well independently, and best in a team environment. Others find that I'm an innovative problem solver always looking to refine processes, products, and relationships. I focus on the strenghts of others in formulating a winning approach to achieve the objectives, missions, and goals of stakeholders. Being an experienced communicator, both oral and written, helps me be an effective project leader and project manager. I'm looking for a growing company where innovation is commonplace and it's people are driven. I bring a passion and a sense of purpose to bring sloutions to the company who is a fit for me and I for them. Accomplishments * As an Army Reserve Officer, I am part of a Division level department that trained, coordinated, and tracked the implementation by our subordinate units with the total transformation of how the Army accounts for, transfers, purchases, and tracks equipment worldwide. The fast paced change necessitated tight deadlines, careful communication, and an orchestration of multiple project fronts. * After deploying overseas to a wartime environment, quickly reduced customer's operational downtime by making innovative field repairs, negating the expected need of repair parts which exceeded everyone's expectations. Received a $500 cash bonus from the customer and a $2500 bonus from my company. * After many failed attempts to send other field techs to repair equipment at a remote customer location oversees, I was sent from stateside to restore customer equipment functionality and repair customer relations. Resulted in a saved customer account customer faith in our services, and respect of my leadership.
