Experience design for testability (DFT) and design for Manufacturing (DFM). * Extensive experience in hardware /software product development. * Full life-cycle program/projects experience. D/A converters power supplies PWM DC - DC Switching Regulators Charge pumps Linear Regulators PCMCIA logic Devices non-volatile memory NOR Flash Full Custom Semi-Custom. * Experience in testing IC products according to MIL-STD-883E Documentation and Process. * High Volume production testing Experience in both front and back end. Wafer sort experience including Laser Trim Zener Zapping Link and Digital trimming. * Experience with supporting both local and offshore new product development and production. * Solid understanding of test operations and facility set up with ISO-TS 16949 (quality System Management). * Green Belt Kaizen Root Cause Problem Solving and improving process control and quality using Six Sigma and improving work flow by implementing LEAN manufacturing principles DMAIC KPIs KBD. * Data analysis of wafer and package units and their correlation. * Yield improvement and Customer return support and root cause failure analysis. * Strong knowledge in contracts and negotiation with vendors. * Provide capacity planning and demand fulfillment. Manage capital equipment and overall budgets. * Negotiating Terms and conditions of service agreements with vendors and Purchasing needed equipment. * Understanding of the importance of profit margin per unit ship and to achieve high margin for volume production. * My interpersonal skills that enable me to motivate team members and build positive relationships within team and other groups in the company. * Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders in cross-site environment.
