QUALIFICATIONS Mr. Fletcher has accrued over 32 years' experience in all phases of Intelligence, Counter Intelligence, Analysis, Unconventional Warfare, Force Protection and HUMINT requirements for the U.S. Army, Joint and Coalition forces. Strong emphasis on customer relations and service/product delivery. Additional strengths include excellent Trainer/Instructor/Briefer abilities, Operations, Technical Support under all conditions as well as Advice and Assistance in training scenarios and real world operations. Mr. Fletcher has worked with most ABCS Systems, Microsoft and Windows PC related software including Word, Power Point, Excel, Visio and MS Project. He is skilled in Project Management, Project Planning, Risk Management, Requirements Management as well as Metrics Analysis. He has extensive experience with Physical, Personnel and Document Security. He is productive and comfortable in all work environments whether operating alone or with a team. Mr. Fletcher is fully supportive of a diverse work force based on tolerance and mutual respect. He is a retired Sergeant First Class with 22 years of uninterrupted service in the United States Army, and is a Counter Intelligence Professional. Since 1985 he has maintained a Secret/SCI security clearance. And between the years of 2003 - 2010 he served 4 years in the Middle East as a contractor in support of Army, Joint and Coalition efforts during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
