Managed a peak team size of 10 people. * Well versed with Excel and MPP based project planning, tracking, dependency identification and monitoring critical paths. Proficient in visio, power point. * Experience in Application Implementation/Enhancement, Unit testing, Integration Testing of RICE Components. * Proficient in writing stored procedures, packages, functions & triggers using PL/SQL. * Business Analysis Skills * Have worked on performance tuning of reports. * Have cleared OCA certification. * Experience of Leading the team and mentoring Junior Resources. * Have provided OAF trainings in previous companies. * Implementation and Customizing Oracle Applications with strong focus on AOL, SCM (Quoting, INV, PO, Pricing, OM, iSupplier, iProcurement) and Financials (AR, AP) * Experience in Order to Cash (O2C). * Worked extensively in Oracle Applications in Modules like OM, AR, PO, INV, AP * Proficient in Application Development using Reports, Discoverer Report, Interfaces and Conversions. * Excellent communication skills with sharp acumen for understanding various business needs. * Received "WOW award" "Customer Satisfaction Award" and "You have made a difference Award" in KPIT. * Received "Bravo Award" in IBM.
